TCAACC 2014 Annual Awards Banquet

Arlington, TX (AsiaWorldMedia.com) – The Tarrant County Asian American Chamber of Commerce (TCAACC) hosted its 2014 Annual Awards Banquet last Saturday, October 25, 2014, at Kowloon Seafood Banquet Room.  The awards banquet attracted Dallas/Fort Worth Asian American community leaders, entrepreneurs and government officials.  The 2014 awards gala recognized individuals and companies in the categories of Business of the Year, Educator of the Year, Community Health Advocate Award, Media Award, Community Service Award and Achievement Award.

Trang Dang Le delivered the keynote speech about her personal journey to America.  Guests were served with a wedding style 10 courses dinner for each table with entertainment, fashion show and cultural performance by the Marharlika Dancers, Cambodia dancers and Thai dancers.

This year grand winners are Michael Nguyen of NXT Solar Energy for Business of the Year Award, Dr. Shahrukh Kureishy Community Health Advocate Award, Dr. Jung-Chih Chiao for the Educator of the Year Award, Ms. Estrella Guzman for Community Service Award, and Quynh Chau Stone for the Achievement Award.
