North Texas Indian Community Gathered at Granville Art Center

The Indian Cultural Heritage Foundation (ICHF), a non-profit organization whose vision is to promote intercultural awareness by providing a platform for the interaction between Indian and American cultures through workshops, presentations and performances, and Arathi School of Dance proudly present the performances of Panchatcharam (Priya Murle and dancers of Bharataalaya Chennai India) and Almighty Trinity – Mohini Bhasmasura, with music by Sr. Chitraveena Ravikiran and dance by Smitha Madhav and troupe, at the Granville Art Center on Sunday, November 20, 2016.
ICHF has participated in, as well as organized, numerous Indian dance programs in dance styles ranging from Bharata Natyam to Kathak to folk dance. The organization has sponsored workshops and programs conducted by visiting artists of great repute from the Indian subcontinent. Its purpose is to stimulate an awareness of Indian arts and culture through education, training and promotion.
