Dallas offers a wide range of benefits, including its diverse culture and access to Texas’s most influential people, groups, and companies. With over 1,200 members including 20+ ethnic groups, GDAACC is dedicated to the growth and representation of Asian American businesses in North Texas.

At GDACCC, we are dedicated to providing our members with the tools and opportunities needed for the growth and development of their businesses. Our 3 strategic focus areas are to:

CONNECT – introduce individuals and businesses to each other for increased opportunities, locally and globally.
EDUCATE – expand our business knowledge, specifically in the realm of high innovation.
EMPOWER – empower and inspire our members and community to be more involved in business development and civic engagement.

All over Dallas, families nosh on the bakery’s near-famous bagels, Challah and rye bread, pastries and cheese blintzes. Shoppers from nearby malls drop in for energy boosting hamburgers, stews, stuffed cabbage and spaghetti to keep up their shopping pace. Late night revelers won’t oversleep and miss breakfast – it’s served all day long. Office workers come in for the lunch and dinner specials available every weekday. Hostesses need not fret as Cindi’s has party trays, catering items and custom cakes for their special bash. There’s something for everyone at Cindi’s.

In 1949 Dallas Optical was started and instantly became a symbol of integrity in the optical world. It was a locally family owned and operated optical shop, and it is believed to be the oldest independently family owned and operated Optical dispensary in Texas. Laurie Rose was first an employee for the original owners for over 20 years. Her very first day on the job she noticed something different going on. It was the way the shop feels, as she looks back on it remembering when she stepped in the door it just felt like home. A final destination, little did she know that after working for Dallas Optical for many years she would have the opportunity to purchase the shop. When the owner retired in 2008 and Dallas Optical would be a thing of the past, she just knew that such a treasure should not be lost forever, so on a leap of faith her and her husband Dale decided to purchase the shop, and so as fate would have it, even though seemingly impossible at the time, it miraculously came to pass.

With the success of this new concept, Lee’s Sandwiches began opening locations in Northern California, Southern California, Arizona, Texas and Oklahoma. Today, Lee’s Sandwiches has over sixty locations all across the country with further plans to expand.

Lee’s Sandwiches is the product of family, tradition, and hard work. It would not be here today without the support from an amazing community. Lee’s Sandwiches has been grateful to be able to attract a diverse crowd and offer a unique dining experience for everyone.

Culturally diverse competition, such as Miss Teen and Miss Asia World, is a "CULTURAL" institution endowing a young woman of Asian descent to represent an entire Asian nation by displaying her cultural beliefs, ideologies, and ethnic customs. Cultural education is vital to a candidate's success in life, as is her formal education, which is the acquisition of knowledge, skills and habits. Miss Teen and Miss Asia World is a platform for showcasing the vibrant Asian American culture, which encompasses the cultural differences that exist between people in America. Asian Americans are diverse in their customs, history, language, dress and traditions.
Miss Teen and Miss Asia World Competition has been dedicated to creating opportunities, cultural awareness, scholarships, and academic program trainings, through Asia World Academy with focus on the "Four Pillars - Cultural Awareness / Intellectual Career Potential / Leadership Essential Traits / Self-Awareness" and STEM-based from successful entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives, and business owners, for Asian American women of Asian descent (having origins in any of the Asian ethnic categories of the Far East, Southeast Asia, or the Indian subcontinent including, but not limited to, China, Philippines, India, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, Laotian, Cambodia, Hmong, Indonesia, Sri Lankan, Bangladesh, Burma and other Asians). Past candidates and winners have led successful careers in major industries, are forward thinking leaders that advocate for humanitarian issues, affecting positive change throughout the world with their charitable and community services endeavors.
