The Asian Real Estate Association of America DFW (AREAA DFW) hosted their 7th Annual Charity Gala | East Meets South at the new Renaissance Hotel in Plano, TX. Over 600 plus guests, including a broad array of real estate, mortgage and housing-related professionals, came together to celebrate the 2018 board installation and to raised fund to assist the victims of last year Hurricane Harvey.

“This is our 7th years hosting the AREAA Board Installation and Charity Gala. We hosted the event every year to install AREAA DFW new board members and also, raised fund for a charitable cause,” said 2016 AREAA DFW Chapter President Daniel Eng. Daniel is an active member of AREAA DFW and the Asian American communities in North Texas. Daniel and his families are fixture in North Texas real estate industry. They are affiliation with T.K. Eng & Associates Investments Group, Inc. and GE Management Co. that have been established since the early 80’s and have brought a lot of knowledge and experience to DFW iRealty & Engvest Commercial RE. As an Asian American, born and raised in Dallas, Texas, his family roots date from Chinese immigrants since the late 1800’s to build railroads in the US.
“The Charity Gala tonight is to help raised money for the victims of Hurricane Harvey. We have four families that were affected by the unfortunate circumstances and most of the money we raised tonight will be going to these families,” said incoming 2018 AREAA DFW Chapter President Jed Anantasomboon.
“At AREAA, we provide support, share ideas and network with our members. We help each other in the real estate industries and share new ideas. It is these reasons I join and be part of this wonderful organization,” mentioned incoming 2018 AREAA DFW Chapter Vice-President Tony Nguyen.
