Allkpop interviews Jay Park during ‘Verizon APAHM Tour’

It’s been a long time coming. Over two years after re-emerging as a solo artist with a YouTube cover of “Nothing on You“, Jay Park has finally launched his first-ever concert series in North America with the ‘Verizon APAHM Tour‘!

After kicking the tour off the night before at the Fillmore in Maryland, Jay Park was welcomed by a packed house at the Best Buy Theater, located next to Times Square in the heart of Manhattan.

Verizon has been hosting the APAHM tour since 2008, and this year they invited Jay Park to headline to celebrate Asian Pacific American Hertiage Month in May 2012.

With the singer in town, allkpop invited Jay Park to our office for an exclusive interview. Many of you witnessed Jay hanging out at the allkpop office earlier this week through the live camera, but lamented that you weren’t able to make out what was being said. Now it’s time for you to find out!
