The North Texas Asian American Communities and Choctaw Casino Resort organized the 2013 1st Asian Showcase Extravaganza on Saturday, November 16, 2013. Master of Ceremony, Myrna Carreon and Bruce Jones, introduce the Asian entertainment showcase that featured variety shows, including art exhibits, Asian Cultural performers, fashion show and special appearance from Miss Asian American Texas, Miss Teen Asian AmericanTexas and Miss Ao Dai Vietnam Texas. A brief speaking appearances at the event was the City of Durant Mayor Jerry L.
